Sad to say our beautiful glass splashback only lasted 14 months and spontaneously shattered into a million pieces whilst cooking, nothing different to what I have been doing for the past 14 months. Tiny shards of glass were popping out all night. After contact with WAGlasskote it was evident that this was our problem and now could only be covered by our home insurance. Very disappointing.In response to the below feedback from Peter I can quote word for word what the resolution was that I was offered,I have just been advised that unfortunately your splashback is our of our 12-month breakage warranty, as your glass was installed in April 2021 therefore the splashback will be covered under your insurance.We can certainly come around tomorrow to remove and clean up the broken glass which we have a fee of $200.00 inc and if you would like to go ahead and replace the splashabck through your insurance. A quote will be drawn up for you (and will show the removal price)Please adviseRegards,

Allan was fantastic - responded promptly, was able to provide a quote the next day, and the quality of the finished products were excellent. We had two robes and two shower screens installed. I booked AMAC on the basis of having such excellent google reviews (and being able to do both robes and shower screens was a plus) and was very pleased to find out they were justified.

Chelsea Aluminium did an amazing job with my bathroom. They supplied and installed a curved, frameless shower screen with matte black fittings and a beautiful, frameless, round-shaped mirror. Erin was a delight to deal with, responsive and efficient. Had a piece of 3mm standard glass cut 775 X 155 and they charged me $35 Dick Turpins!. I went to another reputable company in Mandurah when needing my second piece of glass the same dimensions and they only charged me $8.80. Wont be going back to GT thats for sure!

Was quoted $385 for passenger side window on my Volvo S40 by AAA Windscreens Cannington but decided to go with Waynes Windscreens as they could do it the next day and matched the price even though their initial quote was $50 more than AAA. So next morning had one of their technician install the window and was told not to wind it down for 24hrs. 30hrs later I wind it down and cannot wind it back up! Brought it back and the boss said the technician didn't put enough glue. This time the boss installs it himself! So I wasted another day waiting for it to get installed and set. Now it goes up and down ok but there's over and inch of window hanging out when I wind it all the way down compared to the original and the brand lettering on the window is on an angle like it wasn't installed properly! Drivers side window still winds down completely with just a lip visible. I won't take it back again cause I don't know what they'll do to my car like just getting at me for matching a competitors quote! Should have just waited another day and got it done somewhere else! Not recommended!

Friendly staff that went above and beyond with service and helpful advice for replacement glass for our fireplace.

Requested they come out and measure for a dog door. They messaged when Jacob was on the way and the process was quick and easy. Jacob then installed the door when it was ready and made sure we were happy. We recommend them if you need a dog door.

Efficient, clean work by Dan & the boys when installing our pet door! Quick turn around from point of order to day of install. Very much an appreciated addition for our four legged companion. Good after sale service too. Would be confident to recommend & contact them for future glazier requirements.
